Barry Simon, PE
Energy and Commissioning Engineer

Barry is the former Energy Manager for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, and has analyzed, redesigned and re-commissioned building energy systems for numerous high profile private clients and the U.S. Department of Energy across the country. Barry has provided energy consulting and commissioning services for projects that include the US Capitol, the Smithsonian Institute, and office buildings for Government Services Agency and the Veterans Administration throughout the country.

Robert Griffiths, PE
Senior Design Engineer

Bob has experience in project design and commissioning of energy efficiency, fire safety, HVAC, and plumbing installations. Bob’s projects have included a wide range of federal, municipal, and medical buildings. Bob was formerly with the US Veteran’s Administration’s Office of Construction and US Defence Mapping Services.

Ann Flynn
Accounting

Ann brings more than 20 years experience in financial management and bookkeeping to your EPC. Ann has worked as an auditor for the IRS, supervised new auditor training programs, and reviewed disputed Tax Court cases. Ann manages ESPC invoicing, progress payments to vendors, and oversees supporting documentation as required by governmental agencies.
